(a) classes which have been discontinued at the College’s option;

 (b) situations in which you never attended any classes in any course.
All withdrawals must be requested and processed by the end of the add and drop period (2nd week) to be eligible for refund.There is no refund for courses withdrawn after this date.Informing your academic department or your lecturer does not constitute withdrawal from the course.All withdrawals must be processed through the Registrar’s office.

In the event of a withdrawal from a semester within the add and drop period, 100% of any tuition paid for that semester will be first applied to any outstanding debt.Any remaining credit will be available for refund within six to eight weeks from the date of revocation. Students must request refund from the finance Office.
